What do I need to use ARCHITEChTURES?

A computer, an internet connection, a high-definition monitor, and a Chrome browser. All processing happens on our servers so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Soon we will support all kinds of devices, even navigating the designs in View mode from your mobile phone.

What’s the difference between the Pro and Business plans?

The Pro and Business plans include all the functionalities of the online platform; however, the Pro plan is meant for individual use and is an excellent choice for freelancers, small and medium architecture firms & RE developers whereas the Business plan is meant for teams where several users are sharing the same Design Dashboard, and the same Data Pre-sets (but soon we will introduce exciting new collaboration features like chat, tagging people, real-time collaborative editing).

What’s the difference between the Education and Academy plans?

The Education and Academy plans include the core functionalities of the online platform, however, due to academic use, the functionality of sharing designs in Edit mode with others, and the generation of Downloadables is restricted.
The Education plan is meant for individual use whereas the Academy plan is meant for classrooms, with a teacher and several students.
In both cases, we require documentation to assess the applicability of the plan. In the case of the Education a proof of currently being a teacher or a student. In the case of the Academy, information about the university or center of studies, and a description of the program.

Can the platform do any design?

Currently, we only support multi-family residential, although in our roadmap we plan to include single-family residential, offices, hotels, schools, and hospitals in the future.
We have trained our artificial intelligence generative design platform with thousands of designs, and it has hundreds of parameters so you can accommodate any regulation worldwide and adapt the design to your business objectives and design standards white paper.
In addition, you have a powerful integrated manual editing tool so you can customize your design down to the smallest detail.

How does the 10-day free trial work?

ARCHITEChTURES offers an annual or monthly subscription to the Pro plan with a 10-day trial period, during which you have access to all the features of the Pro plan except for the ability to generate downloadable files (.xlsx, .dxf, and .ifc) and share projects in Edit mode. To view the downloadable files, there is a Demo project available in "My Designs " that you can download. If you need these features, you should activate your Pro Plan without waiting for the end of the trial period.
We only offer one free trial of the Pro plan per customer. In case of cancellation, you will automatically revert to the Viewer Plan (the default plan).
You need to enter your credit card details to activate the trial but don't worry, we work with our software distributor Paddle, which provides the highest security standards in various payment options. And of course, you can cancel at any time!

What are the Customization Extras?

We have trained our AI model with hundreds of unit types and building typologies, and provide enough input parameters to accommodate almost any regulation and Real Estate marketing requirement in the World. However, it might not be enough for your own requirements. We offer three customization packs to fully adapt the platform to meet your needs and boost your design capability.
Custom Basic, designed to train our AI platform with more unit (apartment) types fitting in our already supported building typologies, and generating the set of parameters that will help you to quickly have the desired results in our platform.
Custom Standard, designed to both train our AI platform with more unit types, but also include certain parameters or data outputs that you require to ease the integration into your own processes.
Custom Premium, designed to work hand in hand with you to fully adapt the platform to your needs.

Question 7

If I stop paying my PRO subscription fee, do I lose my account and my designs?

No, you do not lose your account, it automatically switches into a Viewer mode account, so you can still see designs shared with you by third parties.
designs cannot be saved or stored in an account without an active Pro subscription. In addition, designs that you have shared with third parties will no longer be available to them. However, we will keep your designs for 15 days so that you can re-subscribe to a Pro account.

What is Viewer mode? Do I need to subscribe to see a design?

It is a mode in which you can "view" a Design, but not modify it, it is used for designs shared by another user. Designs are navigable and the Design data (measures, budgets) can be viewed.
Yes, to see a Design you need to register in ARCHITEChTURES (no credit card required) or have an active paying plan subscription.

Question 9

How can you share Designs, and what’s the difference between sharing in View mode or Edit mode?

To share a Design you just need to know the email of the recipient, if the user is registered, a copy of the Design will appear in his Dashboard, otherwise, we will invite him/her to join ARCHITEChTURES, just registering a copy of the shared Design will appear in his/her Dashboard.
Please notice that If you keep editing the Design, the recipient will not know… you will need to reshare again to make him/her aware of the changes. In our roadmap, we are considering exciting new collaboration features, keep tuned!
Sharing in View mode means that the recipient can see and navigate through the Design but cannot copy or modify it. Sharing in Edit mode means that the recipient can copy/duplicate the Design and resume the editing independently from you.
Only Pro and Business users can share a Design in Edit mode, but all users can share in View mode.

Question 10

What are Design Downloadables?

When you are done with your Design you can generate the Design Downloadables. Basically, consists of 3 types of downloadable files: The Reports, which include analytical data and high-resolution images of the plans, are downloaded in .xlsx format, and the Graphic documents: CAD files are downloaded in .dxf format and BIM files in .ifc format (compatible with standard third-party software to continue with your work). 
We strongly advise you not to continue editing the Design after creating a Design Downloadable, if you need to, duplicate your Design and edit the new version.
Pro and Business accounts have assigned a credit of square meters (m²) to produce Downloadable files. Basically, each time you generate a Downloadable the equivalent m² of your Design is deduced from your credit.
After your subscription period your credit re-starts. If you run out of square meters credit you can extend it by acquiring an add-on or upgrading your subscription plan.

Question 11

What happens if my typologies are not avaliable on the platform?

Question 12

I haven't used my account for a long time, can I lose it?
